The Practice of Qigong

Gentle movement. Mindful breath. A return to balance & vitality.

Qigong is an ancient practice of cultivating life-force energy through gentle movement and mindful breath. Often called moving meditation, it helps balance body, mind, and spirit—restoring calm, clarity, and connection to life’s natural rhythm.

The Other Side of the Practice

Erin Kumpf is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a Qigong teacher, and the founder of EKAM — a space devoted to movement, meditation, and the cultivation of inner balance.

Her work is rooted in the five pillars of Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Qigong, Eastern-Based Dietary Therapy, and Body Work — each offering a unique path toward restoring harmony and vitality in both body and mind.

Through Qigong, Erin helps students reconnect with the subtle currents of Qi — cultivating clarity, calm, and resilience through mindful movement and breath.
Through acupuncture and herbal medicine, she supports deeper physical and emotional healing — relieving pain, balancing hormones, regulating cycles, and restoring flow where there’s stagnation.
