We reserve $500 as a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel any time before January 31, 2026, you will receive a refund minus the $500 deposit. There is no refund after January 31, 2026, however, you are welcome to sell or gift your seat to someone else. And, if we have a waiting list for the retreat, we are happy to let those individuals know of the available seat. If we are able to fill your seat we will then reimburse your balance due payment.
